Product is great.
Would have been 5 stars if it would have arrived as advertised. Estimated arrival was Wednesday while ordering (I needed it by Thursday), it arrived on Monday.
I would have bought local if I knew it was going to be later than advertised.
I did not receive my last order. Just the package it was shipped in. The product broke through the paper envelope and was lost.

This hitch ball is exactly what I was looking for. I gambled on it for a special use project, and it fits perfectly. Always happy with the quality and selection from etrailer.
Good Pricing and prompt delivery, but part of my order was miss picked, requiring me to spend more time and effort to return / make customer service call etc. to resolve. so the quick delivery ended up being not so quick as part of the order had to be re-shipped.
Product is very well made and even in the USA. I was very impressed with quality. I was very pleased on how quick I received the 2 5/16 hitch balls.
Looks like exalant quality. I pull a 28’ trailer and I needed clearance between the receiver and the tourtion bars. Works great and salved my problem. I need the hi capacity I could only find 5000# was glad to find 25000#
I have not yet installed this but it will be fine. It appears to be machined very well. It measured exactly what I calculated to be able to lower my WD hitch head and keep the ball height were I needed.
I would use the company again. UPS lost the product i purchased, and etrailer called me to offer to replace it at no additional charge. I work for a large corporation and the professional speed, and the way they handled the issue was great.
etrailer really has their act together when it comes to shipping , my last few orders have been delivered in 2 days .
As far as rating the product , kinda hard to do since i haven't gotten to use it yet , literally got home and opened it 3 hours ago . Maybe etrailer shouldn't be so efficient in asking for reviews ?
But I expect it to be like everything else I have gotten , good quality and reasonably priced which, coincidentally , is the reason I'm a repeat customer .

I received my shipment on time and in good condition. The hitch and ball fit with the correct measurements I needed and looks to be built with high quality but I haven’t pulled my trailer with it yet to rate how it works. I hope to do that soon.

Just what I needed to raise the front of my trailer to look level while towing my car. It just doesn't look level, it's level to within a quarter-inch (a good bit of luck there).
Product appearance is excellent. If anything, it makes my hitch look old.
